Vinyl: Sign and Heat Transfer (garment)

There are 2 primary types of vinyl: sign and garment. Sign vinyl is what you see for applied to non-porous surfaces: glass, vinyl (i.e. banners), metal, etc. Examples include car wraps, vinyl decals, window glass (car or store) vinyl lettering/graphics (for advertising or fun) and sign banners.

Garment vinyl is used for vinyl lettering or graphics you see on sports jerseys, team apparel and other fabric (or garment) applications. It can be used as an alternative to screen printing where only a few shirts are needed or for team numbering where each jersey is unique. Garment vinyl doesn't flake or peel and has bold, long lasting color (will crack after a long time). There are limited color choices and number of colors per decoration. There is a "feel" to the decoration (soft but a definite feel). Discounts for larger quantities are limited as the level of work is still high (all decoration must be cut and weeded).  No shading and minimal overlap. Think color-forms playsets. Good alternative for very small quantities. Also Full Color Printed Vinyl is available.

Call for pricing and details. One is the minimum for all vinyl applications.
